I'm using Unity version 2018.2.9f1
When using the package manager to disable packages (such as AI or TextMeshPro), Unity disables them but eventually I get a a loading message and it will have re-installed all of the disabled packages.
I'm trying to build a lightweight app, so being able to disable packages would be really useful to save some space.
Is this a known issue, or do I need to do some extra steps to properly disable packages?
