local package no longer shows in editor

Unity version 2021.3.15f1 I have a local package that has suddenly stopped showing in editor under my Packages folder. The package still works and I get no errors on the scripts. The solution file also shows the package but it no longer exists under my Packages folder. This means I can no longer use inspector references. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/205421-badpackage.png
