You are not authorized to set the license key. Unity IAP

Unity 2022.2.9 IAP 4.6.0 Added package to my project (I'm the owner) and put google license key in unity dashboard from google play console. But when I'm trying to put the same key - I see this error. Don't know what to do![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/205411-untitled.png
